It’s so hard to believe that the summer is winding up and it’s time to get ready to head back to school. And, WE want you to know, that The Water’s Edge is here to support, pray and walk alongside you this school year – whether that be in a building, online or at home. WE have always been strong supporters of schools. It’s where The Water’s Edge got our start. Through our presence as well as partnership with area schools, WE have been able to witness the importance of schools in the lives of kids. WE also understand the importance of our church’s support of our students, educators and administrators. Knowing they have a church walking alongside them makes a huge difference to our students – no matter what stage of school they are in – and educators alike.
This school year will different. WE know that. Already, we have seen the challenges and changes that come with caring and educating our kids during a pandemic. And…Whether you are a parent, student, educator or administrator – WE want you to know that we are here to support you and pray for you. Now, and through whatever the 2020-21 school year brings.
To kick off the year, we want to invite you all to join us online on Thursday, August 6th at 8 PM for a a special Back To School Prayer Service. This special time of prayer and reflection will be live streamed on our FB page as well as youtube. We invite everyone to join us. WE look forward to the opportunity to start off the 2020-21 school year with these special times of blessing and prayer.
