Join WE GALS on Saturday, February 22nd from 9:30 – 11:00 AM for a morning of yoga and wellness.

The morning will consist of a mini yoga session (20-25 minutes) of instruction for beginners with only standing and/or chair positions.  This will be followed by a healthy morning snack. We will end with a presentation on mindfulness.  Comfortable clothing is suggested.
