House Churches

Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
-Acts 2:46-47

The early church did more than worship together once a week. They met in homes during the week to continue learning, reading the Bible, and praying together. At The Water’s Edge, WE follow the early church’s example in Acts 2 with our House Churches.

House Churches are small groups that meet weekly in homes or at the church to share their lives and faith with one another. From our earliest days, WE have seen the importance of connecting with others as we grow our faith. These groups go through the study guides, pray, serve, play, and care for one another. Most importantly, these groups create meaningful friendships so you don’t have to go through life alone.

House Churches come in all shapes and sizes. You will be paired with a group of people in a similar life stage. We have groups for men, women, and couples. We have everything from young adults to retirees. Fill out the registration form below to let us know what type of group you are looking for and we will connect you with a House Church!
