High School Youth Meets Sundays from 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM

Middle School Youth Meets Wednesdays from 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM

LIFEgroups – Whether in the comfort of someone’s home, hanging out at a local coffee shop, or as part of oneEIGHTY, LIFEgroups provide the opportunity for you to explore what Jesus said and what others said about following him. LIFEgroups for Middle School meet during the school year on Wednesdays as part of oneEIGHTY. High School LIFEgroups typically form in the early fall and continue throughout the school year.

Camps & Trips

Some of the highlights of every year happen on our summer trips. Students pack up and head out for a week of serving others, sharing their faith, and growing closer to God through trips that land them working with local service organizations, community outreach, and home repair or spending time experiencing and learning about how much God loves them and what it means to be a disciple and follow Jesus.

Spring Retreat – Our Spring Retreat is a great opportunity to take a break from the normal routine and get away for the weekend. You’ll connect with friends, experience amazing worship, grow in your faith, and learn more about what it means to follow Jesus; all in a fun, distraction free environment.

Summer Camps – A week of Summer Camp is like nothing else. A chance to get away, connect with friends, explore your faith, have fun, and learn more about Jesus; in a place you’ll never forget.

Student Missions – Get ready for one of the greatest weeks of your life. Each summer, our students pack into vans and head out for a week of serving others, sharing their faith, and growing closer to God through trips that land them working with local service and community outreach organizations, doing home repairs, and spending time experiencing and learning about how great God’s love is by showing it to others.

High School Mission Trip

Every Summer, High School students from The Water’s Edge give up a week of their vacation to travel outside of the Omaha area and serve others. Typically, these trips involve travel time and youth group bonding, serving others through home repair projects, and a daily program and theme with worship, messages and devotion times with our crews and youth group.
Our 2019 High School Mission Trip will be to Rushville, IN through Group Workcamps. The trip is open to students who will complete 8th grade or higher this school year. Use the link below to register.
