At WEYouth, we believe students grow best when given the opportunity to engage one another in conversation and ask questions in a safe and caring environment. Our youth LIFEgroups are made up of students in the same grade and gender and are each led by 2-3 adult mentors who choose to invest in and walk beside our students as they navigate their middle school and high school years. Each of our adult leaders has completed our Safe Gatherings volunteer training and gets weekly updates and guides for leading their groups.
