Join us for our Women’s Ministry Fall Retreat at The Water’s Edge Church on October 21. Our theme will be Letting Go of Control. The schedule includes speakers, breakout sessions, activities, and a craft. All are focused on helping us learn how to keep control from controlling our lives and relationships. On your registration, please select one of three breakout sessions: Controlling Circumstances, Controlling People, or Controlling Our Image. Brunch and coffee will be served. All are welcome to join so please invite a friend to join you! Come to grow, meet new people, and have fun.

This event is free to attend. We ask that all participants bring a small gift as a donation for our foster parent Christmas store. WE will be hosting a Christmas store in December where foster children can come to pick out and wrap a gift for their foster parents. All gifts must be unused and unwrapped. We need gifts for both men and women. Some ideas: candles, lotions, jewelry, blankets, gift cards, sports items, fun socks, gadgets, frames, candy, family games, really anything you think a foster child would enjoy giving to their foster parents.
